As we operate a print-on-demand business, we have to make each order once received before dispatch, which can make our delivery times seem long compared to those organisations that offer next-day delivery! The benefit of this business model is that it results in less waste and overproduction. The slight downside is that production and delivery are not immediate.
With this in mind, we still aim to deliver in 8-9 business days (sometimes quicker), but please allow 14 business days before chasing. Tracking numbers will be provided once dispatched.
It is worth being aware that the products are printed in the UK and not imported from abroad, so there is no risk of being charged any import taxes.
We charge a nominal contribution to shipping on all orders under £50 of £3.99
If your net order value is £50 or greater, we are pleased to offer free shipping.
Please note that at present we only ship to UK addresses. We are looking at expansion into European and Worldwide shipping in the future.
